2. Intellectual Property (IP)

The Service architecture, 'Council' algorithms, branding, and the Akashic Record infrastructure are the sole property of Nueva Vista Ventures, LLC. You retain ownership of your raw dream text, but we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to the AI-generated Sigils and Narratives for personal use only.

3. AI Reality Disclaimer

The Council is powered by advanced AI. AI can hallucinate, provide inaccurate patterns, or generate surreal imagery. The Service provides spiritual and archetypal insights, NOT medical, psychological, or financial advice. We are not a substitute for professional clinical therapy.

4. Liability Shield

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nueva Vista Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any subconscious disruptions, emotional resonance, or data anomalies arising from your use of the Service.
